Hi

Has anyone been able to get full functionality with a Win 98 guest
installation in Win 7 virtual PC?

I have installed the guest, but can't get the Integration function to work,
to enable drag-drop etc. I get error messages that reference non-existent
drives

You can't get "full functionality." Only XP, Vista and Win7 are fully
supported.

There are no integration components for Win98, you will need to use
the VPC2007 additions.
Drag and drop is not available in Windows Virtual PC.
