Is there some way to get rid of the screen that comes up when I type Win/L -
the one with the current user avatar and a Switch User button

Of course I want to switch users that's why I typed Win/L - its called Fast
User Switching, the only functiuon this screen serves is to Slow things
down.

Is there some way of making te User Account avatars more like those on XP, I
have to use the mouse as I can't easily determine which avatar has focus.
Why have the mail and process counts disappeared, they were useful, is there
some way I can get them back.

The changes that Vista has made on this facet have detracted from windows
usability, - maybe because FUS worked they couldn't resist breaking it.
