When he opens his email
Popup window says
WinMail.exe-corrupt file blah blah blah|windowsmail|backup|old is corrupt
and unreadable please run the chkdsk utility.

Can someone please help us to run the chkdsk utility.
Greatly appreciate your help.

Hi,

Open Windows Explorer, right click on C: and choose properties. On the Tools
tab, enable error checking. Click apply/ok to close and reboot.

Mr. Rogers thank you for your response however
This didn't work a window comes up that it can't check for errors while the
disk is in use. And it asks if it we want to schedule a scan disk the next
time the computer starts and my husband checks yes but it doesn't seem to
happen.
So the original problem is still in effect.
Any help further suggestions?
Thank you
