Win Media Player

When ever I used to play songs in Windows Media Player, it would change my
personal message - now it does not. The checkbox is ticked in Options - I
have unchecked and applied, re-checked and applied. I have uninstalled
Messenger and re-installed. No change.
Thoughts?

Also- noted that whenever I have a voice and/or webcam conversation with a
contact - once the conversation is over, Messenger hangs until I forcibily
end the program - why?

Greetings Michelle,

More than likely the plugin in Windows Media Player has been disabled. To fix, open up
Windows Media Player, choose the Tools menu (or press Alt-T if the menu is hidden), then
Options, choose the Plug-ins tab, then Background, click the Windows LIve Messenger Music
Plugin to turn it back on and click OK.

As for the webcam problem, I've heard of that before, I'm afraid I've never sorted out a fix.
