Win server 2003 ( DHCP) problema

Hi, guys how you doing? I have a question regarding DHCP server. Well, there is a DHCP server in the company that I work with 30 DHCP clients. The DHCP server is configured with the gate way. Right now, my problem is the clients are accessing an internet with out my permission because I think the DHCP server is giving out the gateway automatically. So, how could I secure my network?

Please I need your help?
