When is Win Server 2008 RC1 scheduled to be released?

Does anyone know when Microsoft is planning to release the next RC version
(i.e. RC1) of Windows Server 2008? I found an announcement that said that
the current WLK cannot be used to certify drivers in Windows Server 2008 -
but that they would be releasing an RTM version of the WLK (that may be used
to certify drivers) along with the next RC release of Windows Server 2008 -
but I have been unable to find the scheduled date! I know that the RTM is
scheduled for the end of Feb '08 so I assume that the RC1 release will be
sometime before that.
