OK I had trouble with last weeks updates not installing but was ok after 3x.
This week, the little update notifier didnt appear on this machine (did on my
laptop on the network). I went to the update site and now I cant get
initialized. This happened a couple of times before, usually after a Zone
Alarm update. But this time, none of the previous fixes worked....btw, the
sites for udpate are in my "trusted sites" and it didnt work even with Mcafee
and Zone Alarm off which has been a workaround in the past.
