Win vista media does not find TV tuner card

I put in Happauge tuner for xp but media says no card

Which model of Hauppauge PVR card did you install?

I am sorry I do not speak French so I cannot understand the description of
the card that you have.
However, If the installation CD you have did not have support for MCE 2005
then I am quite sure that your tuner is not supported by Media Center on
Vista.
You could try installing the XP drivers in XP compatibility mode and you can
try the Hauppauge WinTV2000 appliaction program that came with the tuner.
