win vista premium academic upgrade

Hi Members
I have home premium academic upgrade as its not oem can i use it on any pc
or is it restricted to one pc like my oem.I upgraded from xp home and could
do with clean install put if i have to use the phone wont bother as i hve
parkinsons and cannot hold the phone fore more than a few minuits.robin

I believe that as with all upgrades...it is the same:

If you are upgrading a version of XP that IS OEM, then the upgrade cannot be
transfered to another machine...
