Ok,
I have a few things for you to try.
1. To see if it is just a fluke, restart your computer.
2. If that doesn't help, then try running the command "sfc /scannow" in
a elevated command prompt. See this link for details on how to use it.

3. If that fails to help you, do a System Restore to a restore point
date that you know it was working ok. You can look at this link for how
to do a System Retore if needed.
