Win XP Admin Rights For Windows Update??

I have many computers in my office that are getting bombarded with spyware.
I've run Spybot, Adaware and Spysweeper. The only "real fix" seems to be
logging in as a "non-admin" so the spyware can't install. This fix, brings
along two other problems: Windows and Symantec won't update while logged in
as my "non-admin" account. Is there anyway to continue automatic updates or
perform updates without having to login as an Administrator?

Yup! Just right-click your Windows Update link and choose Run As... and use
admininstrator credentials. That is exactly the purpose of the "Run As"
feature - it allows you to run individual processes with higher permissions.
