Win XP Home sp3 IE 8 changed favicons

Lappy battery shut down too quick for me to apply AC, so crashed out.
did a normal re-boot, and IE8 offered to restore my session.
Fine, but Gmail and Ymail both were showing image shack frog favicon.
somehow managed to correct Gmail, but the damn frog is still wathching me
from the Ymail tab!!
How can I squish it!?

Hi,
Clear the Temporary Internet Files and the correct favicons should be
acquired on the next visit to the site. On the Delete Browsing History
screen, you may have to uncheck the "Preserve Favorites website data" box to
get the incorrect favicons deleted.

Thanks Don,
JUST as your post notification arrived, I'd done a second pass of the clear
temps, and thought to uncheck "preserve favs."
