win XP SP-3

I need to remove it due to the issue with the worm that shutsdown the system
1 min after I log in. I need scan for this virus and unless I remove that
service pack and some how turn off the shutdown the virus does I can not
complete the scan.
I need a boot program to scan windows before it opens to remove the bug.

The presence of or having installed WinXP SP3 has nothing to do with your
hijackware infection. Take the machine to a local, reputable and
independent (i.e., not BigBoxStoreUSA or Geek Squad) computer repair shop.
