Win XP SP2 don't install automatically

Our company computers have Automatic Updates turn on. Other updates are
automatically installed, but SP2 don'n. It's already downloaded, but not
installed, because people with user rights level only using computers. Can I
force SP2 install? I can't use GPO, because downloaded SP2 don't have *.msi
file...
