win xp sp2 error

I succesfuly instaled sp2 over win xp sp1, but now when I click on any icon
on my desktop i get error - windows explorer error, when I close the window
then I get Dr. watson debbugger failed error, and then I have to manualy end
dr. watson process in task menager.

What shoul I do toprevent this?
