Win xp sp2 update

I am running SBS 03 prem and did a clean install of win xp xp2 on one of my
workstations. I logged on as a power user and was able to access the
Internet. I then ran the Win XP SP2 update and now I am unable to log on to
the Internet. Instead I get the message 403 Forbidden - The server denies the
specified URL Contact server admin. Internet Security And Acceleration Server.
When I log on as Administrator on the same WS, I get the Internet.
How do I resolve this problem.
