win xp "ugx"

I have just clean instaled XP on to a Panasonic toughbook cf-28pb and can't
get the wireless or bluetooth working!. I have a UGX device in the device
manager that I can't find drivers for which I presume is the bluetooth unit.
Both of the above are built in so I can't ID them .the panasonic website only
seems to have drivers for win 2000 (orinoco) which don't work. Please can any
body help
