win-XP update

i had new computer with windows xp home edition and used for more 30 days
with out up date ( and now i can't log in - always asking to regester and if
i try to regester i face a massege says - can't use dail up internet ) then
log off.

i have all the papers and the (COA).

what can i do to solve this proplem

You must mean Activation since Registration is optional.
Choose the option to activate by phone.
Call Microsoft at the displayed number, normally finished in about 5
minutes.

this option (activate by phone)
not founed .
i don't know what to do??????????
