Win2000 advance server update error 0x80070005

Hi, I got error 0x80070005 while updating for my win2000 advance server.
Attach is the log. Can someone please help to fix this problem? Thanks

This can come from several issues. One of them is access (or permissions) issues.

Insure you have enough FREE space on this system, and nothing is locking out access to your drives.
