Win2k ie6 secure web page error

When trying to access secure web page eg. MyeBay from the eBay web site my
colleages receive a microsoft error message and the page closes. I have
compared the security settings on another machine running XP pro and they are
identical but the Win2k machine will not let them in. This fault occurs on
other web pages, all using Win2k. Internet Explores Service pack 1 is running
on the machines and only updates allowed by the company are released to the
pc's. This problem has only started since machines was changed out for a
different build. Can anbody help!!
