Win2k Server, Exchange 2003 and Activesync problem

Hi,
I have Win2k server running Exchange 2003. Up until recently active sync for
my iPaq worked fine but has now stopped.

If I enable anon access I get error HTTP_403 and if I dissallow it I get
HTTP_400 errors when I try to sync.

I have checked that my user on the iPaq has OWA etc enabled but can see no
reason why it has stopped working.

Can anyone help?
