Win2k3 and java programs...

I have a customer who is running windows 2003 standard server edition.
We Installed a program that uses a java interface.
Problem is the interface keeps disappearing. You can run it for awhile then
it stops showing up. Can't access it vie remote desktop either.

Has something change with 2003 that screws with java programs?
