Win2k3 server SP1 Failed

As I was installing windows server 2003 SP1 the power went out in the
building. The server recovered and tried to finsh the update but finally
informed me that is failed to install. (Event ID 4374: Windows Server 2003
Service Pack 1 installation failed, leaving Windows Server 2003 partially
updated.
Service Pack 1 installation did not complete).
I tried to uninstall from add remove programs but it would not uninstall.
When I tried to reinstall the update gets almost finishes but stops with
"Failed to install catalog files".
My server is working fine as far as I can tell in the moment. Any ideas on a
fix?

I would suggest to you that you download it again and hopefully there will be no power failure to corrupt the download. Then install the new SP1 which you downloaded on top.

I have sp1 on CD. I was installing it from full install file at the time of
power outage. I thinking there is a registry entry or catalog file I need to
delete. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem with SP1 on a server that the original install
was interrupted. Did you find a resolution to this issue?

I am also experiencing this problem.

Does anyone have a solution apart from re-install?

we have two identicle servers and this update worked on one but gives this
error on the other!!! the download may have been interupted but im not certain
