Win98 Second Edition Upgrade Corruption

I had to upgrade my Win98 to the second edition. After doing this I cannot
install a new program from my CD Rom. It runs and I can read the files but it
will not run setup from any disc.

Quite apart from the fact that you haven't given enough information (what
were the EXACT error messages you got?) - this is not an appropriate
newsgroup to post you query in - try
