Win98SE - where is update KB840315 ?

I've noticed that, after a clean install of Windows 98SE, Windows Update
doesn't download update KB840315 to your computer anymore. It might be that
it is part of update KB903235, KB888113, KB891711, or KB891781 now - but I
couldn't find any information on it being integrated, so I am not sure. Does
anyone know if update KB840315 has been integrated into a different update or
simply removed all together?
