WinDbg for local debuggin?

Hi Experts:

Can I use WinDbg (64-bit version) to debug kernel driver in local machine
without using two-computer setup?

So far I could not make it work (could not setup break line).

You cannot set breakpoints or do much of anything with "local debugging".
You either need two machines or two virtual machines (depending on the type
of driver you may be able to use virtual machines).
