Windos SP3

I installed Windows SP3 recently. Now whenever I try to download any
addtional updates from the windows update they allows fail with Error Code:
0x80070652

Would anyone be able to tell me why this is happening.

Have you been prompted that the install of WinXP SP3 has completed and
asking you to reboot? Have you rebooted?

Did you just (re)install WinXP prior to installing SP3? Did you attempt to
install SP2 manually or via Windows Update?

There is way to resolve the issue. There is a solution withing the MS update
tecnical relotion site - attarantly you need to adjsut the registry
