That is just some text Microsoft has put up there so home users with
limited download capabilities doesn't start to download it (the file
is 266 MB) but if you have access to a fast Internet connection there
is no problem.
The same file can be used as a standalone install for a home computer
as well (download it and put it on a local hard disk or a CD and then
install SP2 from it). This is the way I prefer to install SP2 on
standalone computers (this way I can take the computer offline from
Internet and safely have any firewall and anti-virus software disabled
during the SP2 installation).
