Window closes on it's own without clicking on the red X

I open up Internet Explorer using Vista. When I am finished searchin
the web and want to close the window all I do is go up to the Rex X t
click on it to close it. As soon as the curson is over the red X i
will just close without me clicking on it to close it. This happen
with any window that is open, even the emails. Is there a setting o
something I can do to fix this problem so it won't happen. More email
get sent before I even get a chance to type one. Please someone help me
