window does not recognied network adapter

I just bought new laptop
I cant to connect to Internet using DSL cable
FUJITSU and AT&T could not help me because they my hardware everything
working fine.
AT&T told me I have software problem which window does not recognized
network adapter.

WOULD PLEASE HELP ME

So, you have a new laptop you brought, it's under a limited time full
support warrantee with the laptop's manufacture which is a hardware and
software support. Why don't you call them, it's free?
