I just bought a new laptop with Vista Home
I am lost
Under windows XP, one can easily find windows explorer.
I cannot find windows explorer under Vista

question
where is vista windows explorer?

Windows-key + E-key or right-click the Start button.

You can either use the Windows key + E as already stated by Mr Arnold or you
can click the Start button followed by All Programs>Accessories>windows
explorer. What I prefer to do is put a shortcut on the desktop, just right
click on the windows explorer option on the start menu and select 'copy'
then paste it to the desktop. The windows explorer icon will then appear. It
saves all that hunting round:-)

And once you have a shortcut on the desktop like John Barnett said, you can
then assign it a shortcut key so you can access Windows Explorer with one
keystroke without even having to go to the desktop.

Why would one go through all that trouble, when one can just use the
Windows-key + E-key?
