Window live messenger error 80040154 all sort of solution used still error

I am encountering error 80040154 when signing in. Using window live essential version 14.0.8089.726.

Tried registering xml3.

Uninstall then manually removing all related file and registry. And even using registry cleaner. And even window live remove all version program. Then install again.

Reinstall xmxl 3/4/6.

Reinstall contact.msi / messenger.msi

All sort of method you can google, I have tried all. But none works. =C

Can someone save me?
