window is not starting normally after installing service pack 3.

I am using windows xp pro version 5.1 sp2. After installing sp3 window starts
in safe mode only. It does start normally. Any help?

Possible workaround: Boot into Safe Mode and rename INTELPMM.SYS to
INTELPMM.OLD.
