Window opens minimized

When I go to IE my window opens maximized. When I go to favorites from IE and
click a favorite my window opens maximized. However, when I click on a
desktop icon for a web site or click start and favorites and click on a
favorite they will open minimized. Basically anything from IE opens maximized
and anything not from IE opens minimized. This just started happening
recently. What can I do?

Hi There,

drag the minimized window on the edges till full screen, when done click the
X right upper corner to close the screen while meanwhile pressing the shift
button at the same time: problem solved
