A window saying that there is 0 hours to activate Vista

I am running a legal version of Vista Ultimate with SP1. The SP1 V.275 is
an RCN version that I received as a Vista OS tester. The OS was registered
and activated. The Computer properties window shows that the product is
activated.
The Warning window says that there is 0 hours left to activate windows and
all files should be backed up and Vista reloaded ???
I keep closing the window out, and everything seems to be OK...day after
day !!
I attempted to re register.
What needs to be done? Should I remove the RCN SP1 and download the latest
SP1?
