Window sizer utility for Vista?

Hi - I need to find a utility that will allow me to set the window
that has focus to a specific size. The purpose for this is to test
web pages at various sizes such as 1024x768 etc. I used to use Sizer
3.3 but it doesn't work under Vista.

That's strange. I used Sizer 3.3, and IIRC, it did work correctly. I have
not used Vista for some time now, so I do not remember exactly if there were
any minor issues.

Yes, I can confirm that I have used Sizer 3.3 with Vista, as I wrote an
email to the author regarding any further development last December, while I
was using Vista. Also wrote to him the year before that regarding an issue
when using multiple screens with different resolutions. I did not receive a
reply for either email.

I use it and confirm that it works perfectly in Vista - and that's with 64
bit!
