Window update, Outlook Express

I just tried, twice, to install the recent Outlook Express update. It
appeared to download OK but after installation I got Error Code: 80070003.
I tried again but this also failed, without redownloading. What do I do now
please? Alan C

I haven't the time to mess around trying to find the source of this. I've
seen it many times. A 1949 K download that you can repeat as many times as
you want and it never takes. I guess there are huge numbers of machines out
there with unpatched Outlook Express installations.

This has been going on for some time.

I even uninstalled Outlook Express on one machine to make it go away. No
luck the download still shows up then fails!!

Help would be appreciated.
