What have you done to attempt to fix it?
Is this a CLEAN installation of Windows 7 - or some form of upgrade?
Windows 7 _______ __-bit?
(What edition of Windows 7, what architecture - 32 or 64-bit?)
What antivirus software do you utilize?
What antimalware software do you utilize?
