Ok, after some error and problems with Window Vista and Ubuntu after
installing Window XP On a different hard drive, I decided to reinstall window
vista.

First, I formatted the hard drive with Window Vista and Ubuntu Linux.
Because I only have the Upgrade version of Window Vista, I needed to install
Window XP. I did and I reinstall Window Vista. For some reason, the Upgrade
install was disabled. So, I skip the insert activation part. After the
installation was finish, I tried to activate. It said this:

Code:
0xC004C003

Description:
The activation server determinded the specified product key is in use.

The only change I done to my computer was install a new hard drive. That
wasn't such a big change. What should I do?

Hello,

try reactivating Windows by phone. Press Windows-key + R -> slui -> Enter.
Activation by phone should be successful, and is easy.

Greetings,

No, not if you call the toll free activation number.
