window vista home premium booting problem

i just setup a new window vista home premium edition,and update the window
from clicking the window update,after all updated then come up with a problem
which is everytime i restart the my windows then it will hang or stuck on the
window loading screen,any solution to solve this problem?

p/s:i tried to reformat the pc and install everything with pure window

everytime i restart the windows i need to switch off the power and unplug the
power cable and plug it back again then it just can load to the window
desktop.
