Window Vista Update Error （Code：800706BA）

My computer is using Window Vista Biz version。 When it started。 A problem
window is popup。 and the screen will splash some times，then I found the theme
service was be disabled。

In the “Problem Reports and Solutions� application， I can found a new item
（Background intelligent transfer service）。

If i run “windows update�。The problem is occur again。 The error code is
800706BA。

Everybody can save me？

Thanks for your help.

I can not understand what you mean.
My vista is Business edition, but is not Home edition.

MS finally came out with a solution... follow this link:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940520

It worked like a charm!!! I'm no longer getting the error (800706BA) AND
was able to update my laptop.
