Hi , i scan for vulnerabilities , and detected 4 at high risk

Im using window vista

i dowload the update , window update stand alone , it sayed does not apply
to my system, then why my product detected the vulnerabilities,

i scan for updates , but no one available.

dowload version 32 and 64 , it sayed the same.
