WINDOW XP SERVICE UPDATE 3

I can not update Windows Office XP Service Pack 3. Half way through it asked
for the instalation CD. I select this and the instalation fails with the
following error code: 0x530. Can anyone shed any light on this one, please.

Try below...

Error using Office Update... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304498/

Try downloading and installing the "full file" version of Office XP SP3 from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...ng=en#filelist

Then use MicrosoftUpdate (not WindowsUpdate or OfficeUpdate), to install all
remaining patches (for Office XP and Windows)...

Above works fine for me in my organisation.
