Don't know. We need a lot more information about the problem before anyone
can suggest a fix. For example:
- What happens when you attempt to install updates?
- Do the updates even download?
- What error messages do you see on the screen? What error numbers are
written to your WindowsUpdate.log file (in the Windows folder).
- Is this a notebook/laptop or standalone desktop system, or are you on a
home/company network?
- Are you logged in with an Admin-level account?
