Windows 2000 in continuous reboot

We have installed sp4 and all other security updates. Now
some of our computers goes into a continuous reboot. I
cant even boot to safe mode to remove some of the updates
because it also reboots. I don't know what else to do
other than reinstalling windows, which is not a good
option for us because of the great number of pc's we have
in the lab.

I am having a similar problem, I cannot use safe mode nor
allow a normal boot due to restarts. If I could at least
get it to roll in Safe mode to command prompt I might get
somewhere but cannot get to that without a reboot. Are
you able to access the command prompt?
