Windows 2000 domain with Exchange 2000 migration

Scenario:

A single Windows 2000 domain with Exchange 2000 has to be upgraded to a 2008
domain and 2007 Exchange.

Configuration:

Site A: 1 2000DC, 1 2000 Exch
Site B, C, D: 1 2000DC in each

I would like to get a recommended approach for this solution

Hello JK,

Start here for domain:

In short i would add new servers to the domain, run adprep command for the
new DC and move all 5 FSMO roles, GC and install DNS on it. For the exchange
you need 2007 SP1 and run it on a member server, then move the mailboxes
to the new server and remove the old one.
