Windows 2000 Error number: 0x80090305]

When ever I try to do an Windows 2000 update it ends up with this Error
number: 0x80090305... Tried several times but no luck. I already have SP4
installed on it. Just want to get the latest updates, it was working the last
time I did update 4 months ago.

Do I need to reinstall windows 2000?

Any help would be most appreciable...
