Windows 2000 Latest Service Pack and Critical Updates

After loading the latest service pk and updates I'm repeatedly getting a
"system's log warning E100B" please advise what this warning means and how I
or you (Microsoft) can fix the problem related to this warning.[this request
is for a PC running Windows 2000 Professional]
