Windows 2000 Prof. Update Error

I updated (KB922770, KB890830, KB924191, KB923191,KB923414) today
(10/11/2006) without problems. After download and installation I accepted a
new start. When the computer shuts down for a short moment I saw a message
like "error in civysys.exe (?)" or a similar message. After the new start all
seems o.k. Again I tried to use the update side to receive a message like
"no update available". But now the search for updates did not work. I
received an error message "Error 0x80244022" together with "error on the
web-side".

The WU servers were down for awhile. Try emptying out your temporary internet cache
and then try WU again.
