Why? How did you "restore" your computer?
Are you absolutely certain the error was 0x800405?
We have Error 0x8004005...
"Error: 0x8004005" or "Error: 0x800C0005" error messages when you scan for
updates:

And we have 0x80004005...
• A third-party backup utility or an antivirus program [may be interfering
with the install of Windows or Windows Update]
• A file that WPA requires [has been] manually modified.
